The system is comprised of the following equipment:

• A 85cm dish which is an absolute necessity for reception Australia wide,
• A high quality Sharp LNBF the best in the market,
• 20 metres of Belden Quad shield RG-6 coax the best cable around, ensuring a interference free signal arrives at your receiver,
• A Optus Aurora smartcard pre authorised for ABC and SBS service as well as any requested regional services,
• A high quality Irdeto satellite receiver which we have been using for over three years with known reliability and usability
• A tripod. Our tripod is especially designed of this application unlike other who simply use speaker stands or surveyors tripods.

Our tripod has a low centre of gravity and allows for tent pegs to spike it into the ground, as well as a welded lug which provide a handy point of contact for a security chain to stop any thieves wandering around from obtaining your dish and the most important feature of our tripod is a simple bubble level making setup a simple and quick operation

We have produced our own set of detailed instructions which explain the setup process in an easy to understand format which include pictures and diagrams.  We also include a list of pointing details for over 1000 towns across Australia to make sure you are pointing your dish in the right direction.
