SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Av-Comm offers a range of shipping options via Australia Post and DHL that are determined by your delivery address. The estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address.
All orders received with a delivery address within Australia and its territories are considered domestic deliveries and will be shipped directly through Australia Post. The progress of most Australia Post domestic deliveries can be tracked via a tracking number and the Australia Post tracking website site. Each individual shipment tracking number will be emailed to the recipient by Av-Comm upon the order being processed.
Av-Comm is pleased to offer Australian customers the option of Regular Post Delivery or Express Post Delivery on all domestic orders. The delivery times are clearly stated at the time of ordering and Av-Comm accepts no liability for the accuracy of Australia Post stated delivery times.
All orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday (except Australian public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.
During peak Christmas times, deliveries may take longer. Please note, on rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages and cause a delivery delay that Av-Comm takes no responsibility for.
Av-Comm can accept special delivery requirements for both domestic and international customers; arrangements for these should be made by email.
All orders received with a delivery address outside of Australia and its territories will be considered international and will be shipped via Australia Posts international partner network. A variety of international delivery options are provided, most of which provide a level of tracking to timely delivery of orders. All international orders will not attract the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%.
Please be aware that your order may incur customs charges and duties on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Av-Comm will not reimburse customers for these import costs or provide a refund or credit for any order if a customer refuses to pay them. We cannot supply full customs documentation, but all parcels from Av-Comm will include required customs dockets. Please note, on rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages and cause a delivery delay that Av-Comm takes no responsibility for.
Av-Comm cannot accept any responsibility or liability for the suitability of any product for use outside Australia, nor its compliance with local regulations.
